Afrox recently selected a credit card-sized Z-CARD® as an extremely effective internal communication tool to further educate its sales reps about its wide range of products.
“We wanted to provide our consultants with a handy guide that provided a brief breakdown of our products and where they are used. The aim was to make it easier for them to identify potential customers merely by becoming more familiar with the end products that they produce and the equipment that they use,” says Afrox’s Lebohang Mfeka and Marketing Analyst.
“The different gases that Afrox offers can be somewhat complex and it’s sometimes difficult to know which gas is used during the various production processes. The Z-CARD® serves as a user friendly tool that our sales reps can use as a quick and easy reference guide,” she adds.
Afrox distributed the cards as part of a communication pack that it handed out to all of its sales reps during a recent road show to three of its regions. The company’s other three regions will receive their packs in due course.
“We used the Z-CARD® format due to its compact size and included a key ring with a plastic pouch which houses the Z-CARD® perfectly. So easy for our reps to carry it around with them,” Mfeka adds.
