Kelly, South Africa’s leading workforce management solutions organisation, have been awarded with the Best Technical Innovation  for 2010 in the Gauteng region and South Africa, as well as for the Best Community Spirit in Gauteng by Business Process enabling South Africa (BPeSA). The awards ceremony was postponed from 2010 until Thursday, March 31, 2011.

BPeSA, the national industry association representing the interests of the Business Processing & Offshoring (BPO) sector in South Africa, recognises only the most outstanding companies who have demonstrated consistent innovation, performance improvement and sustained operations over the past year.

Kelly’s passion for building South Africa’s workforce as the cornerstone of our country’s expansion, led them to partner with the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) to offer grade 10 to grade 12 students support on how to bridge the gap between education and securing gainful employment. Kelly’s passion in this regard won them the Best Community Spirit award 2010 in Gauteng, an award of which Kelly is immensely proud of.
