Samsung is challenging the South African market to enter the Samsung ‘Most Downloads Contest’ which will be running for both the Bada and Android platforms – where consumers can stand a chance of winning some fantastic Samsung mobile devices from the company’s latest mobile range including the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Tab 10.1.

To take part in the Android Samsung Most Downloads Contest, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit www.samsungapps.com.

Step 2: Click "Apply" button on the event page to take part in the event. Fill out your e-mail address and IMEI code.

Step 3: Download as many applications as you can during the promotional period.

 

For the Bada contest, the steps include:

Step 1: Sign up for Samsung Apps using your Samsung phone.

Step 2: Sign in to Samsung Apps before you start downloading so Samsung can track the number of downloads.

Step 3: Download as many applications as you can during the promotional period. You will receive 3 points for a paid application download and 1 point for a free application download.

 

Prizes for both platforms include a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for the winner, a Galaxy S II for the runner up, a Galaxy Y for 3rd place. For the Bada platform, there are also 97 Samsung App vouchers up for grabs while for the Android platform, 97 Samsung Apps gifts including USB clock, mug, or speakers. These competitions will run from the 13th to the 31st of October 2011, so get downloading now!
