On Sunday the 13th May, Lil-lets will be airing a very special advert for one day only, on Mother’s Day to celebrate one of the most important facets of being a woman, which is to be a mom.
‘Periods aren’t fun, we know, but as a woman what a precious gift it is to be able to create life. The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. This ad is therefore a celebration and appreciation of these women on Mother’s Day,’ says Darlene Smith, Marketing Director at Lil-lets.
Lil-lets recently launched the ‘We are Women’ Campaign, a simple, different and honest account of all the aspects of being a Woman. The insight for the campaign was derived from exactly what it is that makes Lil-lets special: the Lil-lets range, from tampons to pads, liners to feminine wipes, has been created by women for women. After all, who better understands women and their needs than other women?
The ‘We are Women’ Campaign is more than just an advertising campaign. It shifts the paradigm for women and creates a movement in which women of all ages, realise just how wonderful they really are. By understanding what it means to be a woman, and a mother, motherhood can truly be celebrated in a sincere, meaningful and insightful way.
