Iconic South African snack food brand, Simba, has launched the Great Simba House Hunt Campaign that will see three lucky South Africans each win a house valued at R1million!
The thrilling campaign from Simba starts on the 1st of February and will give three South Africans the opportunity to each own a house valued at R1million. Simba is also giving away R5,5 million worth of airtime! That means that a whopping 657,700 Simba fans will win instant airtime prizes valued between R5 and R500 each.
All Simba consumers have a chance to win simply by buying a specially marked Great Simba House Hunt pack. Should the pack contain a Simba House Hunt token, consumers simply need to dial the competition number with their unique code found on the back of the token. They will receive an SMS telling them whether or not they will be entered into the house draw or if they have won instant airtime prizes. The first winner will be announced in mid March, the second in mid April and the third in mid May 2012. Simba will attempt to ensure that the House Prize is situated close to where the lucky winner resides, in one of the following areas: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Kimberly, Polokwane and Mafikeng.
“We wanted to show Simba consumers that we appreciate their love of the brand by coming up with an exciting, life-changing competition. It’s not often that consumers stand a chance to win a house worth a million Rand, let alone three houses,” says Rita Fernandes, Acting Marketing Manager.
Consumers need to look out for specially marked Simba potato chips 36g and Simba 125g packets.
The promotion will run from 1st February to 30th April 2012.
Each month one lucky winner will win the grand prize – a house valued at R1million! Winners will be announced on TV, Radio, Facebook and www.simbahousehunt.co.za.
The Competition is open to all South African residents or South African Citizens over the age of eighteen (18) years.
